So very grateful for the work you do Gena. I think I did your Journaling course at the beginning of the pandemic when lockdowns were haunting us and I'm still writing away too. I too discovered Julia Cameron’s ‘The Artist’s Way’ many many moons ago and to this day morning pages and artists dates are still my secret weapon. 😉
